Group Invitation feature coming in Whatsapp, without permission, no one will be able to add you
Popular Messaging App Whatsapp has recently added features such as Picture-In-Picture and Screen Lock and many new features are being tested on their Android and iOS apps. One of these feature groups is also the Invitation Control, it has recently been spotted on Android Beta. In this feature, users will be able to choose whether they want to add to any group or not. With the help of this feature, users can not be added to any group without their permissions.
This feature gives three level control to users and currently by default the default is disabled. This feature is spotted by WABetaInfo in the code of Android Beta. It can be added soon after removing bugs and glitch. It was spotted in Whatsapp beta update (version 2.19.55). Earlier this feature was rolled out in beta update for iOS test flight users. Please tell, this feature is still in the starting stage and the Whatsapp beta program is not available for all the testers.
This feature is not currently accessible on the Whatsapp beta for Android. There is no statement from the company that it will be available for beta testers. Information about the release on its stable channel is also not revealed. For the group invitation feature, go to the Android App for Whatsapp. Go to Settings> Account> Privacy> Groups and change the option. In this group sub-section, users will get three input control options, Everyone, My Contacts, and Nobody
It is clear that everybody will be able to add any user to the group if set. Similarly, when My Contacts is set up, they will be able to add the same user to a group that will be in their contact list. Nobody will be able to add a user directly to the group on the setting, rather than invoicing. Users will not have any inventions if they are set, while users can select some contacts in My Contacts and the invites will come from them. Only after accepting it will they add to the group.
