Dhanbad tops the 4G availability chart with 95.3% coverage in India: OpenSignal

OpenSignal is one of the renowned portals testing network availability and speed of telecom operators, which has released a new report of 4G availability in the 50 largest cities of India today. The report, which has been named as the 'OpenGuangal Hottest City' for 4G availability, reveals 4G availability in 50 cities. Out of 50 cities, Dhanbad, also known as India's coal capital, has the highest 4G of 95.3%, followed by Ranchi at 95% 4G availability. In particular, Ranchi and Dhanbad are two cities of Jharkhand and they are the only two cities with more than 95% of the 4G coverage. Interestingly, Srinagar, which is one of the remote areas of the country, remained third in the list with 4G availability score of 94.9%.

The report revealed 4G availability in the top 50 Indian cities. There is no possibility of staying in third place, the report is Srinagar, which is one of the remote towns in India, which is situated in the mountain pass of Jammu and Kashmir. Srinagar was embarrassed with a score of 94.9% with 95% marks.
At the fourth place, we have Raipur, which scored 94.8% in the measurement of OpenSignal, followed by 94.5% in Patna. OpenCignal said, "Patna had achieved 4G availability almost 4 years ago, compared to the 20 largest cities in India, and at that time its score was increased by 2 percent."

Telecos Rapping Up 4G Coverage in India
Right now, the goal of the top three telescopes is to provide better 4G coverage across the country and be ahead of others. In the most recent India Mobile Network Experience Report of OpenSignell, the new entrance Jio's national 4G availability score was 96.7% - which is 20 percent more than its main competitors Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea.
