But the 48MP camera of the Redmi Note 7 Pro will pack a Sony IMX586 sensor unlike the Redmi Note 7. As for the design, the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be similar to the Redmi Note 7, but there will be some variation in the specifications. The Redmi Note 7 Pro will be slightly big on specs than the Redmi Note 7. It is also assumed that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will also be slightly expensive than the Note 7, considering it is the Pro version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro: Rumoured Specifications

This means that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will come with waterdrop notch with the selfie camera equipped in it, gradient finish, and dual cameras. Similar to the Redmi Note 7, the Pro version is also expected to be available in various colors like blue, black, pink, red and others.
As far as the specs are concerned, the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be a powerful version of the Redmi Note 7. The smartphone is not only expected to come with a powerful camera but also hardware compared to the Redmi Note 7. The Redmi Note 7 comes with Snapdragon 660 chipset, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is expected to pack Snapdragon 675 chipset which also powers the recently launched Vivo V15 Pro. Previously Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun also confirmed that the Redmi Note 7 Pro would be available in 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. Will Xiaomi Launch the Redmi Note 7 Pro as Redmi Note 7 in India?
Since the start of 2018, Xiaomi has made a habit of messing up its smartphone naming convention in China and India. The Redmi Note 5 Pro was launched as Redmi Note 5 AI in China with better specs. The Redmi Note 5 AI was introduced in India with slight modifications as the Redmi Note 6 Pro. Redmi’s Indian Twitter handle is giving some hints about the phone sporting Sony’s 48MP sensor and not the Samsung GM1 sensor, so it’s possible the Note 7 coming to India will be the Pro version that’s going to launch in China next week.
